Resource Development
United Way utilizes various forms of fundraising in order to address the root causes of pressing issues in the River Cities. Below is a brief description of how revenue goals are reached.
Workforce Campaign (Click here for materials, video, brochures, etc.)
These campaigns are typically held within organizations, where an employer / supervisor allows a United Way representative time to speak with their employees and/or members about how their investments can make lasting change and impact lives of people in the River Cities. The majority of these investments are made via payroll deductions to United Way.

Ohio Combined Charities Campaign (OCCC)
The purpose of the combined charitable campaign is to provide state employees with the opportunity to make donations to charitable organizations through payroll deduction or one time contributions and to minimize workplace disruption by limiting solicitations for charitable contributions to one combined campaign per year.
